S Square Technologies is seeking skilled, motivated, and detail oriented Technical Delivery Manager to oversee Enterprise Products and Tools Team. Technical Delivery Manager will manage a team of engineers who provides day to day maintenance and administration support. Management tasks including but not limited to:
· Provide Enterprise products and tools management, engineering, and helpdesk support including configuration, administration, maintenance, integration, API
configuration, Plugins, monitoring for Enterprise tool stack, which includes
Jira, Confluence, TestRail, GitHub, and CAMP.
· Ensure adequate monitoring in place and ensure that the tools always remain available, and performant as defined by the contract SLA.
· Keep tools up to date by upgrading to Long Term Support versions.
· Ensure Enterprise Products and Tools are compliant with CMS Cloud security,
compliance, and ATO requirements, and collaborate with the security team to
enhance security and compliance.
· Provide support to CMS IUSG Advisors and Cloud team in managing and tracking application
onboarding by implementing and enhancing Onboarding process/projects in JIRA.
· Establish integrations between JIRA and other Cloud Program specific systems/tools to automate onboarding process and data collection.
· Develop training materials and FAQs and assist in conducting trainings to the user community on new and updated tools, as well as refresher trainings for existing tools and plugins.
· Conduct periodic analysis on user licenses, storage and usage & implement cleanup activities to right size and optimize cost.
· Provide help desk support and process customer requests in compliance with defined SLAs.
· Collaborate with CMS to increase tools adoption by conducting roadshows, campaigns, user
forums and office hours along with trainings.
· Scale up JIRA to handle customer needs and heavy customization as required.
· As required, support migrating Operations and Onboarding related workflows to ServiceNow.
· The contractor shall provide ongoing operations and maintain support while partnering with DEI, Product Owners, and Cloud team in understanding and implementing requirements that enhance CAMP to streamline Onboarding and Operations
· The contractor shall provide support on repository creation, migration and user
access management and collaborate with OC team on GitHub Enterprise account
level administration.
· Work with cloud program team to define best practices, compliance, and governance.
